H1N1 Vaccination Clinic to be held on KCC Campus

Kirkwood Community College is teaming up with Linn County Public Health to hold an H1N1 vaccination clinic for people at a high risk of infection. The clinic will be on Dec. 1 and Dec. 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Iowa Hall Room 125.
Clinic availability will be by appointment only. No walk-ins are welcome. In order to qualify persons must be between 6 months and 24 years of age or people 24 to 49 years old who have health conditions associated with higher risks of medical complications from influenza.
If you qualify you can call Campus Health at 398-5588 to schedule an appointment. The flu mist and a limited supply of the injection vaccine will be available. People that qualify for the flu mist will be required to accept that mode of vaccination.
